Please use this Zoom link for your private lesson. Your appointment will be 60 minutes in length. At the beginning of the lesson you can let Colleen know if you would like to talk for the whole hour, or talk for 15 minutes and then co-create a daily practice for the last 40 minutes. Talking for the whole hour is also yoga therapy! We can always schedule another session where I will record the practice.
